I designed a mobile-friendly form for Zillow Premier Agent that increased completion rates by 23% for on-the-go real estate agents. Responsive navigation toggles guided lost home shoppers and other professionals more effectively, boosting form inbound quality by 19%.

Leading design of a new design system that integrates our product design system into our marketing web content to create a cohesive web experience across product and marketing with a refreshed visual identity.

In 2024, my designs drove +29% qualified leads for Zillow Home Loans, +33% leads for Zillow Premier Agent, and +19% leads for Zillow Rentals.
